Business Analyst

Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to serve as a project lead for customer experience, process, and technology improvements. In this role, you will partner with business stakeholders to identify needs, document and evaluate current processes, recommend improvements, define requirements, and manage initiatives through implementation.

A significant portion of the role will involve Salesforce enhancements. The successful candidate should be familiar with Salesforce and comfortable coordinating closely with administrators, developers, and business partners. The role will also support other technology platforms, requiring strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new systems.

What you'll do

• Lead discovery sessions to identify business needs, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, workflows, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios.
• Evaluate and improve business processes to increase efficiency, consistency, and customer or employee satisfaction.
• Manage initiatives from discovery through development, testing, implementation, and adoption.
• Coordinate closely with Salesforce and other technology teams to deliver system enhancements.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and manage timelines, risks, dependencies, decisions, and project communications.

What you'll bring

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis.
• Experience in project management and process improvement.
• Experience with technology implementation.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems.
• Salesforce experience strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with artificial intelligence and a willingness to explore practical AI use cases.
• Experience with automation and change management.
• Working knowledge of Agile, Jira, and CRM platforms.
