Change Management and Training Consultant

About the role

Our client is seeking a Senior Change Management, Training & Technology Consultant to support Power Delivery technology and process transformations.

This role focuses on change management, training, documentation, readiness, deployment, and adoption to ensure successful technology implementations.

What you'll do

• Conduct change impact, stakeholder, audience, and readiness assessments to guide transformation efforts.
• Validate current and future-state processes and workflows to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Develop role-based training materials, including facilitation guides, simulations, eLearning modules, job aids, videos, and procedure manuals.
• Support Salesforce configuration, testing, implementation, training, and user support to drive adoption.
• Support AI assistant/agent development, prompt engineering, testing, and knowledge grounding to enhance user experience.
• Manage knowledge using SharePoint and Microsoft 365, ensuring easy access to accurate information.

What you'll bring

• Experience in change management, training, and technology deployment support.
• Salesforce administration, implementation, and training experience.
• Salesforce certifications or demonstrated equivalent proficiency.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI and AI assistants.
• Organizational Change Management (OCM) and instructional design experience.

Nice to have

• Utility or field-operations experience.
• eLearning development experience.
• Knowledge management experience.
