Data Product Manager

About the role

Our client is seeking a Data Product Manager in Juno Beach, FL (on-site) to lead 0-to-1 data product discovery, prototyping, and delivery.

You will work at the intersection of product strategy, AI/ML, and data engineering—turning ambiguous problem spaces into production-ready data products.

What you'll do

• Define product strategy and a phased roadmap from discovery through scaled delivery.
• Lead 0-to-1 ideation with research, stakeholder workshops, and clear business cases.
• Build and validate functional prototypes, including AI-enabled capabilities.
• Partner with engineering to prioritize features using tools such as Databricks and AWS Glue.
• Align stakeholders on requirements, status, and business outcomes.
• Define KPIs and communicate product performance to leadership.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven product management experience focused on data products and 0-to-1 delivery.
• Strong technical fluency with data platforms, AI/ML tooling, and migration patterns.
• Hands-on familiarity with Databricks, AWS Glue, or equivalent pipeline tools.
• Excellent cross-functional communication with engineering and business partners.

Nice to have

• Experience with LLMs / generative AI in prototypes.
• Wireframing, usability testing, and rapid prototyping skills.
• Master's degree in an analytical field.
