GEP Smart Product Support Engineer

About the role

Our client is seeking a GEP Smart Product Support Engineer in Juno Beach, FL (on-site) to support procurement workflows across GEP and SAP landscapes.

You will troubleshoot integrations, master data flows, and Service PO / confirmation processes that feed finance reconciliation.

What you'll do

• Support GEP Smart modules spanning materials, services, source-to-contract, and spend analytics.
• Trace cross-system failures across GEP Click, SAP PO, and related middleware.
• Support Service PO and Service Confirmation flows into SAP for invoice posting.
• Maintain supplier, material/service, and org-structure master data interfaces.
• Triage defects and backlog items in Jira or ServiceNow.
• Partner with procurement and IT stakeholders on root-cause and release readiness.

What you'll bring

• 3–5+ years hands-on GEP Smart experience across core procurement modules.
• Experience supporting hybrid GEP–SAP landscapes and system-of-record boundaries.
• Familiarity with GEP Click and SAP Process Orchestration troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of Service PO / confirmation and finance handoffs.
• Comfortable with Jira or ServiceNow defect tracking.

Nice to have

• Contract Lifecycle Management exposure.
• SAP S/4HANA procurement familiarity.
• Prior utility or large-enterprise support experience.
