IT Business Systems Analyst

About the role

Our client is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst in Juno Beach, FL (on-site) with deep SAP PP and MM expertise for manufacturing and maintenance operations.

You will gather requirements, write functional specs, and support SIT/UAT, cutover, and hypercare for production-planning and materials processes.

What you'll do

• Lead workshops and requirements gathering for SAP PP/MM capabilities.
• Configure and advise on production orders, MRP, BOMs, routings, and capacity planning.
• Support procurement and inventory flows including PRs, POs, GR/GI, and STOs.
• Ensure PP/MM integration with FI/CO and product costing where required.
• Author functional specifications and support test cycles through hypercare.
• Partner with shop-floor and supply-chain stakeholders on process design.

What you'll bring

• 10+ years of SAP PP implementation experience.
• Strong SAP MM and MRP-driven procurement expertise.
• Experience with PP/MM integration to FI/CO.
• Background in manufacturing, repair, refurbishment, or maintenance ops.
• Proven workshop facilitation and functional-spec delivery.

Nice to have

• SAP S/4HANA project experience.
• Prior utility or regulated-industry delivery.
• Cutover and hypercare leadership.
