About the role
Our client is seeking an IT Business Systems Analyst in Juno Beach, FL (on-site) to support cloud applications and APIs on AWS with strong operational troubleshooting skills.
You will work across Python services, PostgreSQL, Docker, and GitHub Actions—monitoring with CloudWatch and resolving issues that touch finance, procurement, or supply-chain systems.
What you'll do
- Maintain and troubleshoot cloud applications and APIs in AWS.
- Support Python-based services and REST integrations.
- Use PostgreSQL/SQL, Docker, and GitHub Actions for delivery and fixes.
- Monitor and diagnose issues with AWS CloudWatch and related tooling.
- Work with AWS services such as ECS, S3, IAM, and Secrets Manager.
- Partner with SAP/finance/procurement stakeholders when integrations fail.
What you'll bring
- Hands-on experience maintaining AWS cloud apps and APIs.
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL, SQL, Docker, GitHub Actions, and CloudWatch.
- Experience with Python services and REST APIs.
- Familiarity with ECS, S3, IAM, Secrets Manager, and managed PostgreSQL.
- Clear incident communication and root-cause documentation.
Nice to have
- Prior SAP, finance, procurement, or supply-chain system support.
- Infrastructure-as-code exposure.
- On-call or hypercare experience.
