About the role
Our client is seeking a Salesforce Program Manager in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (on-site) to lead Salesforce delivery across complex multi-cloud / multi-org environments.
You will drive architecture alignment, governance, vendor performance, and platform operations with clear budget and SOW ownership.
What you'll do
- Lead Salesforce teams and technical resources across program workstreams.
- Guide architecture, governance, security, and platform operations decisions.
- Oversee vendors, SOWs, budgets, and delivery performance.
- Coordinate multi-cloud and/or multi-org Salesforce initiatives.
- Establish operating rhythms for risk, dependency, and release management.
- Report program status and outcomes to business and IT leadership.
What you'll bring
- Demonstrated leadership of Salesforce teams and technical resources.
- Enterprise-scale multi-cloud and/or multi-org Salesforce experience.
- Strong Salesforce architecture, governance, and security knowledge.
- Experience managing vendors, SOWs, budgets, and delivery KPIs.
- Executive-ready program communication.
Nice to have
- Advanced Salesforce certifications.
- Architecture board or platform-ops leadership experience.
- Prior large transformation program ownership.
