Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with deep SAP S/4HANA and FICA expertise to support end-to-end business processes, system enhancements, and testing initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. This contract role is based on-site in Plantation, FL, with a standard 8–5 schedule and an expected engagement length of approximately 12 months.

The ideal candidate will lead System Integration Testing (SIT), Regression Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and Production Validation activities while partnering with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical resources to ensure solutions meet business requirements. You will analyze system impacts, validate FICA-related processes, identify risks, manage defects, and drive issue resolution.

• Manage data integrity and governance strategies, ensuring compliance with industry standards and business objectives.
• Utilize advanced analytics techniques for market trend analysis, growth modeling, and risk assessment.
• Apply expertise in statistical modeling and data visualization to derive insights for senior management.
• Review cost models, identify opportunities for process improvements, and ensure alignment with project and customer goals.
• Drive related projects forward to build a more complex customer data environment with better tools and capabilities.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business process optimization, data governance, and financial modeling.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA and FICA knowledge with experience supporting end-to-end business processes.
• Proven ability to lead SIT, Regression Testing, UAT, and Production Validation activities.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Python, SQL, SOQL, Jira, and Excel for advanced data analysis and business intelligence reporting.
