About the role

We are seeking a Veeva Quality Developer to join our client's Veeva Quality EAM (Enhancements) team on a fully remote, 6-month contract with potential for extension.

This is a hands-on configuration role focused on implementing new Veeva Quality releases—not a support position.

What you'll do

• Review Veeva Quality Releases as they are issued throughout the year and determine which configurable features are relevant to the project.
• Implement configurable features in Veeva Quality, customizing and configuring hands-on to meet project needs.
• Assess the impact of release changes and ensure smooth adoption within the existing quality system.
• Configure and maintain the Veeva Training module to support training requirements.
• Collaborate with the EAM team to prioritize enhancements and align configuration work with project goals.
• Work CET hours with a few hours of daily overlap with EST to support cross-time-zone collaboration.

What you'll bring

• 3+ years of experience with Veeva Quality and the Veeva Training module.
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Training configuration.
• Ability to customize and configure hands-on in Veeva Quality.
• Experience with configurable features in Veeva Quality Releases is a must.
• Ability to provide examples of features you have configured from recent Veeva Quality Releases.

Nice to have

• Experience with Veeva QualityDocs and Veeva QMS modules.
• Background in impact assessment and GxP-regulated environments.
• Familiarity with pharma quality systems.
